Customer Service Comes First for MEI

MEI is demonstrating its commitment to the highest levels of customer support with a series of technical sessions at this year’s Vend Italia. The sessions will take place on the distinctive new MEI stand, titled ‘Innovative Solutions to Drive Your Profitability’, and are part of a package of outstanding customer service and support offered by MEI to its customer.

Regional Sales Manager Gigliola Corsi said: “The many benefits of buying MEI products are not just about the increased profitability that they bring to vending operators each day. MEI provides continuous customer support and training and these technical sessions are just one example of that.”

The leading payment systems manufacturer has set up the sessions in response to customer requests, highlighting their ongoing program of building and sustaining excellent customer relationships. The sessions have been pre-booked, and will take place in the training room on the MEI stand. Each session will highlight a different aspect of the MEI CASHFLOW™ 7900 and help MEI customers to maximise the potential to increase profits.

The sessions – each lasting 15 minutes – will run as follows:

Wednesday 29th and Friday 31st March
